RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. Please note any refunds processed will incur a bank payment processing charge, which is non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
If an item does not fit or it is not of a standard expected, simply return it and if a suitable alternative is available, an exchange will be arranged. Refunds and credit are also possible.
RETURNS
All returns must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in the same condition as supplied, with any original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in appropriate packaging, and return via your child’s class to the school office, or hand in to the SUPPA uniform co-ordinator. Alternatively mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your an exchange, or a refund if preferred.
Please note any refunds processed will incur a bank payment processing charge, which is non-refundable.
Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please Note
• Please ensure items are clean, and in the same condition. Items should be returned via your child to the school office for the attention of SUPPA second-hand uniform co-ordinator.
